Hot Power Vinyasa Flow – A fast-paced all-levels class designed to work up a sweat, tone, stretch and lengthen the body while bringing peace to the mind

Vinyasa Flow – A medium-paced class for all levels, designed to improve flexibility and strength while providing stress-relief

Community Yoga – A sliding scale, all-levels Hatha Yoga class (suggested donation – $10)

Restorative – A gentle class to relax and restore, using props, soft music and a guided relaxation

Yoga Fusion – A blend of Vinyasa Flow, Pilates, Dance and Barre Fitness Concepts

Yoga for Kids! – A fun-filled mind-body class for children ages 4-10

Belly Dance Fusion – A blend of Middle Eastern Dance techniques with a modern twist

Belly Dance Fitness – A heart-pumping fitness class fusing belly dance moves, core conditioning and yoga

Belly Dance Workshop – 8 week workshop focusing on posture, alignment, technique, chorography and history

Fitness Class Descriptions

Zumba – A cardio-world-dance party

Circuit Training – Intervals of cardio, core conditioning, yoga and weight training for an all-over body workout

Barre Fusion – Blending ballet barre exercises, traditional fitness, yoga and dance, this class tones and sculpts the entire body, using a ballet barre, resistance balls, bands and small weights
